1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by asia95 through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions in this Terms and Conditions document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the asia95 platform. Continued use after the terms have been amended means acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided during registration — including full name as per identity card, MyKad number, date of birth, mobile number, and email address — must be accurate and complete. asia95 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the accuracy of this information.

• Name must match the name on a valid MyKad or passport
• Mobile number must be an active Malaysian number registered in your name
• Email address must be active and accessible by you
• Registered payment methods must be in the same name as the account holder

3. Player Account

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. asia95 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team via live chat as soon as you become aware of it.

3.2 Identity Verification

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and to meet international licensing requirements, asia95 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Documents that may be requested include:

3.3 Account Balance

Funds held in your asia95 account are managed by the platform for wagering purposes only. Account balances do not earn interest. asia95 reserves the right to debit your account to cover transaction fees, processing charges, or applicable penalties in accordance with these terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

asia95 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH. Every payment method used must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM30, and the minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM50. These limits apply uniformly regardless of the payment method chosen.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours once verification is complete. This processing time is an estimate and may vary depending on external circumstances beyond asia95's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

asia95 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220. You need to reach a total wager of RM3,000 (RM120 × 25) before winnings from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Termination
